Job summary

British American Tobacco Poland is seeking a Supply Chain Specialist in Warsaw to maintain optimal stock levels, monitor inventory metrics, and coordinate rework with factory teams. You will collaborate with planning, logistics, and commercial groups to ensure product availability and efficiency.

The role emphasizes data-driven decision making, risk management, and close alignment with cross-functional partners.

Qualifications

Excellent analytical skills.
Excellent communication skills in Polish and English.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
Knowledge of SAP and Power BI would be beneficial.
University degree in supply chain or logistics would be an advantage.

Responsibilities

Perform inventory analysis and drive actions to maintain optimal stock levels across locations with logistics and planning teams.
Monitor sales, inventory, stockouts, and SLOBs; identify risks and implement corrective actions to improve availability.
Coordinate non-standard rework activities with factory teams, ensuring timely execution and alignment with requirements.
Analyze sales trends and demand fluctuations with planning to mitigate stockout and excess risks.
Prepare regular reports and provide data-driven insights on inventory performance, highlighting risks and actions.
