Job summary

Elitmind is a consulting company helping clients with Data, BI and AI initiatives. You’ll drive end-to-end delivery, balance scope, budgets, timelines and quality while coordinating expert teams and maintaining close client collaboration.

You’ll work on modern data architectures, cloud environments and enterprise delivery standards, taking ownership from planning to delivery while shaping governance and delivery practices across projects.

Qualifications

• Strong experience building trusted client relationships.
• Delivery of Data Platform, BI, or Cloud transformations.
• Practical knowledge of Azure, Snowflake, Databricks, and Microsoft Fabric.
• Understanding of modern data platform architectures and enterprise delivery standards.
• Experience in a consulting, enterprise or customer-facing tech environment.
• Fluent English (B2/C1).

Responsibilities

• Build trusted relationships with clients and act as their partner.
• Manage a portfolio of Data and BI projects from planning through delivery.
• Coordinate consulting and team of experts, including Architects, Data Engineers, BI Consultants.
• Identify risks and dependencies early and address them with stakeholders.
• Support business growth through proposals, estimations and client presentations.
• Help shape delivery standards and governance.
