Responsibilities

• Presales Activities: Engage with potential clients to understand their needs, present solutions, and demonstrate the value of our data and AI services.
• Advisory: Provide expert advice on data and AI strategies, helping clients to leverage technology for business growth.
• Project Setup: Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with clients and internal teams.
• Project Implementation: Oversee the execution of Data and AI projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and meet quality standards.
• Customer Engagement: Act as the primary point of contact for clients, maintaining strong relationships and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
• Customer Care: Foster and maintain enduring client partnerships by addressing their business challenges and effectively managing engagement risks.

Qualifications / What will you bring

• 3+ years of proven experience in Data and AI Consulting, with a strong track record in presales, advisory, and project delivery.
• Hands-on experience in Data & Analytics implementations
• Strong grasp of data engineering challenges, and experience designing and implementing data platform engineering solutions.
• Relevant certifications
• Experience with Microsoft, Databricks or Snowflake stack
