Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Hardware Operations and Global Coordination domain.
• 3-5 years of experience in vendor management, warehouse/facilities management, logistics.
• Tech savvy knowledge about handling data center issues.
• Client management experience.
• Mandatory BGV clearance.

Responsibilities

• Manage disk lifecycle and ingest operations according to operational requirements.
• Oversee disk procurement, allocation, tracking, scrapping, and shipment.
• Monitor data upload and segregation processes for efficiency and accuracy.
• Coordinate team tasks, resolve conflicts, and manage resources.
• Communicate updates and statuses to internal teams and clients.
