Job summary

Solid Company is seeking a Data/IT Business Analyst to gather and translate business needs into actionable user stories while aligning with data governance and quality standards. You will collaborate with architects, engineers and product owners to shape the data platform and analytics solutions.

The role emphasizes stakeholder management, independent ownership of features, and active participation in Agile ceremonies to drive continuous improvement within a data-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as an IT Business Analyst, System Analyst or Data Analyst.
• Experience with complex business and technical requirements.
• Strong understanding of data analysis, data quality and data governance concepts.
• Experience with data workflows, ETL processes and Data Pipelines.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset.
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of features and user stories.
• Experience working in Agile environments.
• Understanding of CI/CD concepts.
• Knowledge of Big Data ecosystems.
• Experience with incident management processes and tools.

Responsibilities
