Job summary
Software Mind Kraków is seeking a Data Business Analyst who will bridge business needs with the capabilities of our data and analytics teams. You will collaborate with a Product Owner, Scrum Master, Data Engineers and BI specialists to develop data-driven analytics and reporting solutions in an agile setting.
You will capture and refine data, reporting, and analytics requirements, manage the backlog together with the Product Owner, define KPIs, data mappings and ensure clear acceptance criteria
Qualifications
- 4+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, Proxy Product Owner or Product Owner in Data/BI/Analytics projects.
- Hands-on backlog management and user story refinement in Agile/Scrum.
Responsibilities
- Capture, analyze, and document data, reporting and analytics requirements.
- Co-manage the product backlog with the Product Owner; keep it aligned with priorities.
- Refine epics into user stories with acceptance criteria.
- Lead backlog refinement and ensure items meet the Definition of Ready.
- Collaborate with Data Engineers, BI Developers and stakeholders to define data needs.
- Define KPI definitions and data mappings for reporting.
