Job summary

Mobility is seeking a Data Analyst with 5+ years of experience to join our data initiatives. You will structure, validate, and optimize data from multiple sources to support enterprise data management and measurement strategies.

Collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, and Operations to translate analytical concepts into engineering requirements and data-driven processes, while supporting UAT and agile cycles.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of end-to-end data analysis in multi-source environments.
• Advanced SQL and relational/datamodel understanding for analytics, data science, and applications.
• Ability to gather data requirements, perform gap analysis, and support UAT.
• Clear written and verbal communication; effective collaboration with Product and Engineering teams.
• Familiarity with modern data stack trends and practical application.

Responsibilities

• Structure, validate, and optimize data from multiple systems/sources to support enterprise data management strategies
• Test and evolve data validation approaches and quality controls with the data management team
• Work with Product, Engineering, and Operations to design data-driven processes around outreach, measurement and attribution, and derived variables
• Translate analytical concepts and prototypes into detailed engineering requirements for supporting data models, validation protocols, and transformation processes
• Analyze data from multiple sources, reverse-engineer existing business logic, and support ad hoc and exploratory analysis
• Participate in data governance to help in defining table schemas, dimensional models, and core data assets
• Contribute to agile cycles: validate requirements, review outputs, and confirm solutions meet business and technical expectations

Our mission is to help dealers predict future buyers and engage them through data‑driven marketing experiences. We are seeking a dedicated Data analyst with at least 5 years of data analysis experience. On a day-to-day basis you will be working closely with very talented data analysts, data modelers/data architects, and scrum teams for different data initiatives.

What We’re Looking For

Basic Required Qualifications

• Proven track record of independently delivering end-to-end data analysis in complex, multi-source environments
• Advanced SQL — strong understanding of relational and dimensional databases across application, analytics, and data science use cases
• Hands‑on experience gathering data requirements, conducting gap analysis, and supporting UAT
• Clear written and verbal communication; proven collaboration with Product and Engineering teams
• Familiarity with modern data stack trends and practical ability to apply them

Nice to have

• Google Cloud Platform (BigQuery); experience with other cloud data warehouses (Snowflake, Redshift) equally relevant
• Experience with Postgres is a plus.
