Job summary

Sii Poland is seeking a skilled Data Analyst to leverage data analytics for improving risk management, control effectiveness, and strategic decision-making across Technology, Cyber and Data Risk functions.

The role involves analyzing large datasets, developing dashboards, transforming data into actionable insights, and partnering with stakeholders to influence business outcomes. Office presence in Cracow 3 times monthly is required.

Qualifications

• Min. 3 years of experience as Data Analyst, Reporting Analyst, BI Analyst, or similar.
• Strong SQL and Python skills.
• Advanced Excel knowledge.
• Experience with large datasets and translating findings into business recommendations.
• Experience with Power BI or Qlik visualization tools.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a global, cross-functional environment.
• Experience in risk, governance, compliance, audit, or control management environments is an advantage; not essential.
