Job summary

Sii Poland is looking for a skilled Data Analyst who will leverage data analytics to help improve risk management, control effectiveness, and strategic decision-making across Technology, Cyber and Data Risk functions.

You will analyze large datasets, develop dashboards and reporting solutions, translate findings into actionable recommendations for senior stakeholders, and collaborate with Data Engineers to improve data quality and reporting capabilities.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of experience as a Data Analyst, Reporting Analyst, BI Analyst, or similar role.
• Strong SQL and Python skills.
• Advanced Excel knowledge.
• Experience with Power BI or Qlik and other visualization tools.
• Cross-functional collaboration and strong stakeholder management.

Your tasks

• Analyze large and complex datasets to identify trends, risks, and opportunities
• Develop dashboards, reports, and management information solutions
• Transform data into actionable insights and recommendations for senior stakeholders
• Design and enhance key risk, performance, and control metrics
• Support data-driven decision-making across global teams
• Collaborate with Data Engineers and business stakeholders to improve reporting capabilities and data quality
• Contribute to process optimization and transformation initiatives within the control management environment

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience as a Data Analyst, Reporting Analyst, Business Intelligence Analyst, or similar role
• Strong SQL and Python skills
• Advanced Excel knowledge
• Experience working with large datasets and translating findings into business recommendations
• Previous work with Power BI, Qlik, or similar visualization tools
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Ability to work in a global, cross-functional environment
• Experience in risk, governance, compliance, audit, or control management environments is an advantage, but not essential
• Working from the office in Cracow 3 times per month
