Sii Poland is seeking a skilled Data Analyst to leverage data analytics to enhance risk management, control effectiveness, and strategic decision-making across Technology, Cyber and Data Risk functions. The role focuses on large datasets, insightful reporting, and stakeholder collaboration to influence business outcomes.

Key duties include developing dashboards, transforming data into actionable insights, and partnering with Data Engineers to improve data quality and reporting capabilities

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in data analysis or BI roles.
• Strong SQL and Python skills with ability to manipulate large datasets.
• Advanced Excel knowledge for data preparation and modeling.
• Experience with Power BI, Qlik or similar visualization tools.
• Proven ability to translate data into actionable recommendations for stakeholders.
• Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Experience in risk, governance or control environments is a plus.
• Willingness to work from Cracow office three times per month.

Your tasks

• Analyze large and complex datasets to identify trends, risks, and opportunities
• Develop dashboards, reports, and management information solutions
• Transform data into actionable insights and recommendations for senior stakeholders
• Design and enhance key risk, performance, and control metrics
• Support data-driven decision-making across global teams
• Collaborate with Data Engineers and business stakeholders to improve reporting capabilities and data quality
• Contribute to process optimization and transformation initiatives within the control management environment

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience as a Data Analyst, Reporting Analyst, Business Intelligence Analyst, or similar role
• Strong SQL and Python skills
• Advanced Excel knowledge
• Experience working with large datasets and translating findings into business recommendations
• Previous work with Power BI, Qlik, or similar visualization tools
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Ability to work in a global, cross-functional environment
• Experience in risk, governance, compliance, audit, or control management environments is an advantage, but not essential
• Working from the office in Cracow 3 times per month
