Job summary

Sii Poland is seeking a skilled Data Analyst to leverage data analytics in risk management and strategic decision-making across risk functions. You will work with large datasets, build insights, create reporting solutions, and partner with stakeholders to influence business outcomes.

Based in Cracow, you will join global teams and collaborate with Data Engineers, delivering dashboards and metrics that improve governance, control, and performance.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in data analysis, reporting, or BI roles.
• Strong SQL and Python skills.
• Advanced Excel knowledge.
• Experience with large datasets and translating findings into business recommendations.

Sii is looking for a skilled Data Analyst who will leverage data analytics to help improve risk management, control effectiveness, and strategic decision-making across Technology, Cyber and Data Risk functions. This is an excellent opportunity for a data professional who enjoys working with large datasets, building meaningful insights, creating reporting solutions, and partnering with stakeholders to influence business outcomes.

Your tasks

• Analyze large and complex datasets to identify trends, risks, and opportunities
• Develop dashboards, reports, and management information solutions
• Transform data into actionable insights and recommendations for senior stakeholders
• Design and enhance key risk, performance, and control metrics
• Support data-driven decision-making across global teams
• Collaborate with Data Engineers and business stakeholders to improve reporting capabilities and data quality
• Contribute to process optimization and transformation initiatives within the control management environment

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience as a Data Analyst, Reporting Analyst, Business Intelligence Analyst, or similar role
• Strong SQL and Python skills
• Advanced Excel knowledge
• Experience working with large datasets and translating findings into business recommendations
• Previous work with Power BI, Qlik, or similar visualization tools
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Ability to work in a global, cross-functional environment
• Experience in risk, governance, compliance, audit, or control management environments is an advantage, but not essential
• Working from the office in Cracow 3 times per month
