MagentaTeam in Warsaw is seeking a Network Data Analyst to transform telecom data into actionable insights, focusing on mobile network KPIs and customer experience improvements.

You will analyze large-scale datasets with SQL and Python, build dashboards in Power BI or Tableau, validate data quality, and collaborate with Network and Operations teams.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience in a data analytics or data engineering role.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate complex technical data into actionable insights.
• Experience working with large and complex datasets.
• Advanced SQL skills and hands-on experience with data analysis.
• Good knowledge of Python and data analysis libraries such as Pandas, NumPy, or similar.
• Ability to leverage AI tools for everyday responsibilities.
• Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude.
