Job summary

T-Mobile Polska is seeking a results-driven professional to coordinate planning, control budgets, and streamline end-to-end processes within the Technology and Innovation division. You will collect data, report to internal stakeholders and headquarters, and collaborate with other departments focusing on vendor management.

The role requires fluent English and Polish, strong analytical and communication skills, and an agile mindset to thrive in a dynamic telecom environment.

• Fluent spoken and written English and Polish.

• Strong critical thinking, able to analyze complex issues, develop clear recommendations, and make sound decisions.

• Experience in the telecommunications industry is an advantage.
