Job summary

MagentaTeam in Poland is seeking an IT Governance Consultant to support IT leadership with day-to-day coordination and strategic initiatives, and to prepare analyses, reports and executive presentations.

You will coordinate activities across IT teams and stakeholders, monitor deadlines, manage action items and contribute to governance, budgeting and reporting activities.

This role offers exposure to transformation programs and opportunities to grow into leadership positions within IT governance.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of experience in consulting, PMO, project coordination or executive support.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent PowerPoint and Excel skills.
• Ability to turn complex information into clear summaries and recommendations.
• Fluent Polish and English.
