Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in program management leading complex, large-scale technical or digital transformation initiatives.
• Proven track record of managing Data, Analytics, or AI/ML operational initiatives within global enterprise environments.
• Strong expertise in Agile frameworks, PMP/Agile certifications, and senior stakeholder management.
• Exceptional communication, leadership, and strategic problem-solving skills in international environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end planning, execution, and delivery of strategic Data & AI programs across cross-functional teams.
• Define program scope, key milestones, resource allocation, and risk management strategies to ensure successful outcomes.
• Collaborate with senior leaders, product owners, and engineering leads to align technical capabilities with business objectives.
• Establish operational frameworks, governance structures, and key performance metrics for Data & AI initiatives.
• Manage program budgets, dependencies, and change enablement strategies across global organizations.
