We are seeking a Program Manager to lead strategic initiatives within the Data & AI Business Operations domain at Roche Digital Technology. In this role, you will drive complex, cross‑functional programs that transform how data and artificial intelligence power our global healthcare solutions. The opportunity:

Who you are:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 8+ years of experience in program management leading complex, large‑scale technical or digital transformation initiatives.
- Proven track record of managing Data, Analytics, or AI/ML operational initiatives within global enterprise environments.
- Strong expertise in Agile frameworks, PMP/Agile certifications, and senior stakeholder management.
- Exceptional communication, leadership, and strategic problem‑solving skills in international environments.

- Salary range 23 300-43 300 PLN gross based on the employment contract.

The expected salary range for this position, based on the primary location of Warsaw Grafit is 280’000.00 PLN - 520’000.00 PLN. Final compensation will be determined by a number of factors, including your skills, experience, qualifications, and location. In addition to base pay, this role may be eligible for a discretionary annual bonus with a target of 20% subject to both individual and company performance.
