Roche Digital Technology seeks a Program Manager to lead strategic Data & AI initiatives across cross-functional teams. You will drive end-to-end planning, execution, and delivery, aligning technical capabilities with business objectives in a global healthcare context.

The role requires a strong track record in large-scale program management, Agile proficiency, and stakeholder engagement. The position offers hybrid work with two office days per week and a comprehensive benefits package.

We are seeking a Program Manager to lead strategic initiatives within the Data & AI Business Operations domain at Roche Digital Technology. In this role, you will drive complex, cross‑functional programs that transform how data and artificial intelligence power our global healthcare solutions. The opportunity

• Lead the end‑to‑end planning, execution, and delivery of strategic Data & AI programs across cross‑functional teams

• Establish operational frameworks, governance structures, and key performance metrics for Data & AI initiatives
• Manage program budgets, dependencies, and change enablement strategies across global organizations

Who you are

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Business Administration, or a related field
• 8+ years of experience in program management leading complex, large‑scale technical or digital transformation initiatives
• Proven track record of managing Data, Analytics, or AI/ML operational initiatives within global enterprise environments
• Strong expertise in Agile frameworks, PMP/Agile certifications, and senior stakeholder management
• Exceptional communication, leadership, and strategic problem‑solving skills in international environments

Compensation & Benefits

The expected salary range for this position, based on the primary location of Warsaw Grafit is 280’000.00 PLN - 520’000.00 PLN. Final compensation will be determined by a number of factors, including your skills, experience, qualifications, and location. In addition to base pay, this role may be eligible for a discretionary annual bonus with a target of 20% subject to both individual and company performance.
