Job summary

EPAM Systems seeks a Presales Solution Consultant to bridge technology with business value in our Data & AI practice. You will craft innovative data solutions, support sales efforts, and deliver strategic consulting and technical insight to clients globally.

The role requires extensive presales and architecture experience, strong stakeholder engagement, and the ability to translate complex data concepts into compelling client narratives. Hybrid work with Poland-based collaboration is offered.

Qualifications

Extensive experience in presales, solution architecture, or consulting with a focus on Data/AI technologies and business use cases.
Strong data platform knowledge (Databricks, Snowflake, cloud data services), ETL, data modeling, BI tools and data visualization.
Excellent communication and storytelling to translate complex concepts to clients.
Proven ability to engage senior stakeholders and deliver impactful presentations or pitches.

Responsibilities

Work with sales and delivery teams to align client needs with data-driven solutions.
Own end-to-end presales process: qualification, design, proposals, demos, client presentations.
Lead workshops to gather objectives and requirements and align goals with solutions.
Architect tailored data solutions across cloud-native platforms to provide actionable insights.
Develop competitive proposals, pricing models, and value propositions to close engagements.
Stay updated on data, analytics, cloud, and AI trends to advise clients and drive innovation.
