The role emphasizes collaboration with product teams and stakeholders to translate technical trade‑offs into business value. The position supports a hybrid work model with two in‑office days weekly.

Qualifications

• Strong Python and ML/AI development experience.
• Hands-on with LLMs, RAG, and agentic architectures.
• Experience with GenAI evaluation, MLOps, and observability.
• Familiarity with governance, fairness, and privacy in healthcare.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and deploy production‑ready AI/ML solutions and agentic workflows.
• Turn complex business problems into practical modeling approaches using appropriate tools.
• Establish evaluation frameworks, datasets, and testing for GenAI/LLM outputs.
• Build MLOps/LLMOps pipelines with observability and cost management.
• Embed AI governance and compliance guardrails in pipelines.
• Collaborate with product owners and engineers to surface data-driven AI insights.
