Job summary

The DAP Platform Solution Architect leads the architecture for the Digital Assistant Platform within Lufthansa Systems Poland, shaping cloud-native capabilities for conversational AI and agentic applications while enforcing governance and guardrails. You will collaborate with engineering, security, and enterprise architecture to ensure the platform evolves as a strategic asset.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience as a Solution Architect.
• Extensive experience as a Platform Solution Architect, Lead Architect, Platform Architect, or Cloud Architect.
• Deep expertise in Google Cloud Platform architecture and strong experience with Microsoft Azure architecture.
• Experience with conversational AI platforms and digital assistant ecosystems.
• Experience with LLM platforms, RAG architectures, agentic AI systems, and AI orchestration frameworks.
• Experience with Vertex AI, Azure AI Foundry, and modern AI platforms.
• Ability to create architectural artifacts, including diagrams and technical documentation.
• Experience working in Agile, cross-functional teams.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Self-driven, proactive mindset; willingness to take initiative.
• Collaborative approach and openness to innovation and continuous learning.
• Good command of spoken and written English (C1).
• Willingness to work from the Gdańsk office twice a week.

Responsibilities

• Design platform capabilities that support conversational AI, digital assistants, agentic AI, and LLM-based workloads.
• Define network and security architecture patterns for cloud workloads.
• Define and evolve the target architecture
• Produce architectural decisions and target pictures aligned with platform strategy and business objectives.
• Collaborate with product owners, developers, and business stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Drive architectural consistency across DAP services, APIs, automation, and integrations.
• Participate in architecture reviews and technical decision-making.
