Job summary

Lufthansa Systems is looking for a Platform Solution Architect to shape the Digital Assistant Platform, driving secure, scalable AI and voice solutions. You will define the future of intelligent travel with us and influence architecture across DAP services.

You will collaborate with product owners, developers, and business teams to deliver architectural guidelines and ensure consistency. A strong background in cloud platforms and AI tooling is essential, with an option to work from the Gdańsk

Qualifications

• 2+ years as a Solution Architect.
• Strong experience as a Platform, Lead, or Cloud Architect.
• Deep expertise in enterprise cloud platforms (GCP, Azure).
• Experience with conversational AI, digital assistants, LLMs, and modern AI tools (Vertex AI, Azure AI Foundry).
• Knowledge of RAG, agentic AI, and orchestration frameworks.
• Skilled in architecture diagrams & documentation.
• Agile, cross-functional teamwork.
• Very good English skills (C1).
• Willing to work from our modern office in Gdańsk at least 2x/week.

Responsibilities

• Design platform features that enable conversational AI, digital assistants, agentic AI, and LLM-based solutions.
• Define network and security patterns for cloud-based workloads.
• Develop and update the platform’s target architecture.
• Create architectural guidelines and decisions that align with business goals and platform strategy.
• Work closely with product owners, developers, and business teams to turn requirements into effective technical solutions.
• Ensure consistency in architecture across DAP services, APIs, automation, and integrations.
• Take part in architecture reviews and help make key technical decisions.
