Job summary

Aon plc in Kraków is seeking a DACH Compliance Manager to support regulatory compliance across Germany, Austria, and Switzerland. The role combines advisory work with governance, reporting, and process improvement in a hybrid or remote model, aligned with local policies.

You will collaborate with business leaders and Legal & Compliance colleagues to embed a strong compliance culture and drive regulatory excellence across the DACH region.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in German and English for professional communication.
• Experience in compliance, risk management, legal, insurance, financial services, or another regulated environment.
• Strong understanding of regulatory requirements and the ability to translate complex regulations into practical business guidance.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder leadership skills.
• Ability to work independently, manage competing priorities, and maintain strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Provide compliance advice to business and support teams in the DACH region.
• Monitor regulatory developments and assess impact on policies and operations.
• Support regulatory reporting, compliance reviews, governance activities, and maintenance of compliance registers.
• Build relationships with internal partners and external regulatory bodies.
• Prepare updates and reports for senior leadership, boards, and committees.
• Identify opportunities to strengthen controls, processes, training, and awareness.
