Qualifications

• Proficiency in German and English with professional communication.
• Experience in compliance, risk management, legal, or financial services.
• Strong understanding of regulatory requirements and practical guidance.
• Excellent analytical and stakeholder leadership skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities.

Responsibilities

• Provide compliance advice to business and support teams across Germany, Austria, and Switzerland.
• Monitor regulatory developments and assess impact on policies, procedures, and operations.
• Support regulatory reporting, governance activities, and maintenance of compliance registers.
• Build relationships with internal partners and external regulatory bodies.
• Prepare compliance updates and reports for senior leadership, boards, and committees.
• Identify opportunities to strengthen controls, processes, training, and awareness.
