Job summary

Nigel Frank International in Kraków, Poland seeks an experienced D365 F&O Solution Architect to lead the architecture and development of the organisation's global Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations landscape. You will collaborate with internal IT teams, business stakeholders, and external partners to ensure a scalable, secure ERP across countries and entities.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Solution Architect within Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations.
• Experience designing ERP solutions across multiple legal entities or international environments.
• Knowledge of Azure and the wider Microsoft ecosystem.
• Ability to translate complex business requirements into scalable ERP solutions.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Define, maintain and evolve the global D365 F&O solution architecture.
• Ensure architectural consistency across D365 F&O implementations and support global ERP landscape.
• Translate business requirements into scalable technical and functional solutions.
• Provide architectural guidance to cross-functional teams and partners.
• Drive governance, standards and best practices across countries and entities.
• Oversee integrations, customisations, data flows and system connections.
• Evaluate changes for impact on architecture and roadmap.
• Ensure security, performance and compliance requirements are met.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate needs into ERP solutions.
• Support complex challenges with architectural direction.
