Job summary

Jit is inviting a versatile Project Coordinator to join a financial-sector cybersecurity project in Gdańsk. You will coordinate the rollout of DDoS protection and Web Application Firewall (WAF) across critical applications, collaborating with security, infrastructure, vendors, and business teams.

You’ll manage plans, schedules, risks, and stakeholder communications to ensure delivery readiness and smooth go-live across international teams, while enjoying a hybrid work model with three days in

Qualifications

• Proven experience in project coordination, including planning, progress tracking, stakeholder communication, and risk management.
• Strong organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills with the ability to coordinate multiple teams and deliverables simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the implementation of DDoS and WAF capabilities across business applications and ensure timely delivery of project milestones
• Prepare and maintain project plans, implementation schedules, and progress tracking documentation
• Facilitate communication between application owners, infrastructure teams, security teams, vendors, and other stakeholders
• Organize project meetings, prepare agendas, document meeting outcomes, and track action items
• Identify, monitor, and manage project risks, issues, and dependencies, ensuring appropriate mitigation actions are in place
• Track application onboarding activities, implementation readiness, and support go-live planning and reporting
