Job summary

Jit Team is seeking a project coordinator to support the rollout of DDoS protection and Web Application Firewall (WAF) capabilities across critical applications. You will coordinate implementation activities, manage stakeholder communications, and track risks and milestones in a hybrid work setting from Gdańsk.

• Proven experience in project coordination, including planning, progress tracking, stakeholder communication, and risk management
• Strong organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the implementation of DDoS and WAF capabilities across business applications and ensure timely delivery of project milestones
• Prepare and maintain project plans, implementation schedules, and progress tracking documentation
• Facilitate communication between application owners, infrastructure teams, security teams, vendors, and other stakeholders
• Organize project meetings, prepare agendas, document meeting outcomes, and track action items
• Identify, monitor, and manage project risks, issues, and dependencies, ensuring appropriate mitigation actions are in place
• Track application onboarding activities, implementation readiness, and support go-live planning and reporting
