Job summary

DCG is seeking a Cyber Security Project Coordinator to drive security project implementations, coordinating across application owners, infrastructure and security teams. The role focuses on delivering DDoS and Web Application Firewall initiatives, managing schedules, risks, and stakeholder communications.

The ideal candidate has proven project coordination experience, strong English skills, and the ability to manage multiple stakeholders while minimizing delivery risks.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate implementation of DDoS and WAF capabilities across applications.
• Lead coordination between application owners, infrastructure, security, and vendors.
• Manage project activities, plans and schedules, and track onboarding.
• Prepare stakeholder status reports and meeting materials.
• Document risks, issues and dependencies and monitor readiness and go-live.

Cyber Security Project Coordinator

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate implementation of DDoS and Web Application Firewall (WAF) capabilities across business applications
• Coordinate application owners, infrastructure teams, security teams, vendors, and other stakeholders
• Manage project activities, implementation plans, and schedules
• Track project progress and application onboarding
• Prepare stakeholder communication and status reports
• Prepare meeting agendas, minutes, and track actions
• Manage and document project risks, issues, and dependencies
• Track implementation readiness and go-live activities
• Ensure stakeholders remain informed throughout the implementation lifecycle
• Support timely delivery of security improvements while minimizing implementation risks

Requirements:

• Proven experience in project coordination
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders effectively
• Strong focus on risk minimization and timely delivery
• Very good command of English, both spoken and written

Nice to have:

• Understanding of DDoS
