Job summary

Capco in Kraków invites a Technical Delivery Specialist to coordinate WAF onboarding and related infrastructure activities in a banking environment. This role is non hands-on security and does not require prior cybersecurity expertise.

You will work with application owners, architects, developers, and infrastructure teams to drive WAF implementations, testing, and production changes while maintaining Jira boards and delivery backlogs. Hybrid work model.

Qualifications

Experience coordinating technical projects in a large banking environment.
Understanding of how banking IT and infrastructure teams operate.
Ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders and deliver smaller tech projects.
Experience in Agile / Scrum environments is a plus.

Responsibilities

Coordinate WAF onboarding from request to production/blocking mode.
Collaborate with owners, architects, developers, and infra teams to keep implementations moving.
Coordinate WAF testing, tuning, and production changes for optimal performance.
Track actions, blockers, and delivery dates; manage CRs and schedules.
Maintain Jira boards, tickets, and delivery backlogs.
Coordinate infrastructure activities like servers, load balancers, and certificates.
Support automation of WAF processes and DR testing.
