Job summary

Philip Morris International in Kraków, Poland is hiring a Senior Manager Cybersecurity - Supply Chain, Logistics & Electronics Operations. The role is remote/hybrid and focuses on leading the first line of defense across the OPS domains and partnering with Supply Chain, Logistics, Track & Trace and Electronics Operations to secure delivery.

You will manage cyber risks, drive vulnerability management, and promote secure-by-design practices while overseeing vendor security governance and risk

Qualifications

• 5+ years in cybersecurity, IT risk or IT audit in a global org.
• Experience partnering with business and IT leaders in complex environments.
• Strong knowledge of cyber risk, vulnerability management and audit remediation.
• Understanding of secure delivery, cloud, IAM, app security and threats.

Responsibilities

• Lead first line of defense cybersecurity activities across the OPS domain.
• Act as cybersecurity leader and trusted partner for Supply Chain, Logistics, Track & Trace and Electronics Operations.
• Ensure cyber risks are identified, prioritized, treated and reported.
• Balance cyber protection with business enablement through secure-by-design practices.
• Manage cyber risks in line with priorities and standards.
• Lead security partner roles for risk, compliance, vulnerability and audit findings.
• Embed security and privacy by design across the lifecycle.
• Oversee vulnerability management, threat remediation and risk treatment.
• Balance security, operational, regulatory and business requirements in decisions.
• Oversee vendor security governance, including risk assessments and remediation.
