Job summary

Philip Morris International in Kraków is seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to lead initiatives from initiation to delivery, ensuring governance, budgets, roadmaps, and stakeholder alignment within a global context.

You will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage risks, drive continuous improvement, and support regulated environments. A degree in IT or related field and 5+ years of experience are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Life Sciences, Business Administration, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience leading IT projects in a complex global environment.
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies including Agile/Scrum and governance practices.
• Experience with managing scope, schedules, budgets, risks, vendors, and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead projects from initiation through delivery, transition, and closure.
• Manage governance, plans, roadmaps, budgets, forecasts, and reporting for successful outcomes.
• Coordinate cross-functional global teams, stakeholders, vendors, and technology partners.
• Facilitate governance forums, workshops, stakeholder reviews, and agile ceremonies.
• Proactively manage risks, issues, dependencies, and escalations.
• Define and align requirements, scope, and deliverables with business objectives.
• Oversee vendor management, change management, communications, deployment, and operational transition.
• Drive continuous improvement, portfolio transparency, and execution excellence.
