Job summary

Roche Polska Sp. z o.o. is seeking a Cybersecurity Engineer for Secure Access Network to design, implement, and maintain firewall segmentation using Fortinet and Palo Alto solutions. You will work on VPNs, NAT, and routing, and coordinate with network architects to integrate security controls.

The role requires 3+ years of NGFW experience, Fortinet and Palo Alto expertise, and strong English communication. A flexible location setup and rotating on-call support are part of the package.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, Cybersecurity, or a related field is required.
• 3+ years of experience designing, deploying, and supporting next-generation firewalls with strong networking background.
• Hands-on experience with Fortinet FortiGate, FortiManager, FortiAnalyzer and Palo Alto Networks PAN- Series, Panorama, and related security features.
• Certifications: Fortinet NSE 4/5/7/8 or Palo Alto PCNSA/PCNSE; CCNP Security or CISSP is a plus.
• Knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS and scripting skills (Python, PowerShell).
• Excellent written and spoken English; ability to work in a global team.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop robust network segmentation strategies leveraging Fortinet and Palo Alto firewalls.
• Create detailed network diagrams, design documents, and implementation plans for new segmentation environments.
• Configure, deploy, and manage Fortinet FortiGate and Palo Alto firewalls, including Panorama and FortiManager.
• Implement firewall policies, VPNs (IPSec/SSL), NAT rules, and routing to enforce segmentation.
• Migrate and upgrade existing firewall infrastructure; troubleshoot complex network and security issues.
• Stay current with emerging threats and security technologies; provide rotating on-call support.
