DCG is seeking a CyberArk PAM Developer to support onboarding and develop custom connectors. You will work on DB2 connectors within CyberArk, extend PAM controls, and gather data to optimize onboarding pipelines. Strong collaboration with stakeholders and PAM expertise are required.

Full fluency in English is essential; experience in on-premise and cloud environments, plus knowledge of security principles like least privilege and zero trust, is highly valued.

Responsibilities:

• Support full-scope application onboarding within the PAM project
• Develop custom application connectors in CyberArk
• Develop and work with DB2 connectors in CyberArk
• Extend PAM controls across the organization
• Collect and gather relevant data to support an efficient application onboarding pipeline
• Provide PAM expertise within the project
• Collaborate and negotiate with various stakeholders

Requirements:

• Proven experience with PAM controls and requirements
• Hands‑on experience as a CyberArk Developer, including development of custom connectors
• Practical experience with DB2 connector development in CyberArk
• Strong knowledge of Identity and PAM security best practices for on‑premise and cloud environments
• Understanding of fundamental security principles, including SoD, Least Privilege and Zero Trust
• Previous experience working in a DevOps team in an Agile/Scrum environment
• Understanding of IT processes and System Development Life Cycle
• Familiarity with Cyber Security controls and frameworks, including CIS, COBIT, NIST and ISO 2700x
• Strong technical, analytical and documentation skills
• Ability to collaborate and negotiate with various stakeholders
• Ability to translate between business and technical contexts
• Structured and organized approach with a focus on high‑quality delivery
• Self‑driven approach and strong can‑do attitude
• Full fluency in English, spoken and written
