Job summary

Diverse Consulting Group is seeking a CyberArk PAM Developer to support onboarding within PAM projects, develop custom connectors, and extend PAM controls across the organization. You will collaborate with stakeholders and contribute to securing on-premise and cloud environments.

Requirements include hands-on CyberArk development, DB2 connector work, and deep knowledge of PAM/security best practices, SoD, Least Privilege, and Zero Trust. Fluent English is essential.

Qualifications

• Proven experience with PAM controls and requirements.
• Hands-on CyberArk Developer with custom connectors.
• Experience with DB2 connector development in CyberArk.
• Strong knowledge of identity and PAM security best practices for on-premise and cloud environments.
• Understanding of SoD, Least Privilege and Zero Trust.
• Experience in a DevOps team in an Agile/Scrum environment.
• Understanding of IT processes and System Development Life Cycle.
• Familiarity with Cyber Security controls and frameworks, including CIS, COBIT, NIST and ISO 2700x.
• Strong technical, analytical and documentation skills.
• Ability to collaborate and negotiate with various stakeholders.
• Ability to translate between business and technical contexts.
• Structured and organized approach with a focus on high-quality delivery.
• Self-driven approach and strong can-do attitude.
• Full fluency in English, spoken and written.
