Job summary

DCG is seeking a CyberArk PAM Developer to join our security-focused team in Poland. You will onboard applications in PAM, build custom connectors, and work with DB2 connectors inside CyberArk, extending PAM controls across the organization.

We value English fluency, strong security knowledge, and a self-driven attitude. You will collaborate with stakeholders in an Agile/Scrum environment and translate business needs into technical solutions.

Qualifications

• Proven experience with PAM controls and requirements.
• Hands-on CyberArk development, including custom connectors.
• Experience with DB2 connector development in CyberArk.
• Strong knowledge of Identity and PAM security best practices for on-prem and cloud.
• Understanding of security principles: SoD, Least Privilege, Zero Trust.
• Experience in an Agile/Scrum DevOps team.
• Understanding of IT processes and SDLC.
• Familiarity with CIS, COBIT, NIST, ISO 2700x frameworks.
• Strong analytical and documentation skills.
• Ability to translate between business and technical contexts.
• Structured, organized delivery with high quality.
• Self-driven with a can-do attitude.
• Fluency in English, spoken and written.

Responsibilities

• Support full-scope application onboarding within the PAM project
• Develop custom application connectors in CyberArk
• Develop and work with DB2 connectors in CyberArk
• Extend PAM controls across the organization
• Collect and gather relevant data to support onboarding pipeline
• Provide PAM expertise within the project
• Collaborate and negotiate with various stakeholders
