ITConnect in Gdynia, Poland, is seeking a CyberArk developer to support PAM onboarding by building custom application connectors and enabling organization-wide PAM control extensions. You will gather data to accelerate onboarding, provide PAM expertise, and work with multiple stakeholders to meet security requirements.

The role requires proven CyberArk experience, SQL connector development, and fluent English.

Formación

• Experience as CyberArk developer.
• Experience developing custom connectors in CyberArk.
• Experience with SQL connectors in CyberArk.
• Fluent English in speaking and writing.
• Familiarity with CIS, COBIT, NIST, ISO 2700x.
• DevOps in an Agile/Scrum setup.
• Understanding of SDLC and IT processes.
• Ability to translate business needs into technical requirements.
• Strong documentation skills.
• Excellent collaboration with stakeholders.

Support a PAM project by extending PAM controls across the organization through application onboarding and custom connector development.

• Support the PAM project as a CyberArk developer in full-scope application onboarding by developing custom application connectors and enabling the capability to extend PAM controls across the whole organization.
• Collect and gather relevant data to ensure an efficient and swift onboarding pipeline.
• Provide PAM expertise within the project.
• Proven experience working with PAM controls & requirements.
• Experience working as a CyberArk developer or developing custom connectors in CyberArk.
• Experience working with and developing SQL connectors in CyberArk.
• Great collaboration and negotiation skills for working with various stakeholders.
• Knowledge of identity & PAM security best practices for both on-premise and cloud environments.
• Knowledge of fundamental security approaches and principles, such as SoD, Least Privilege and Zero Trust.
• Previous experience working in a DevOps team in an Agile/Scrum setup.
• Understanding of IT processes and system development life cycle.
• Familiarity with Cyber Security controls and frameworks, such as CIS, COBIT, NIST and ISO 2700x.
• Strong technical analytical and documentation skills.
• A structured and organized way of working with the ability to deliver high-quality results.
• The ability to convert between business and technical context.
• A strong can-do attitude and self-driven approach.
• Full fluency in English, spoken and written.
