DCG is seeking a PAM/CyberArk IT Security Developer to support the PAM project across the full onboarding scope, develop custom CyberArk connectors, and extend PAM controls within the organization.

You will collect relevant data to enable efficient onboarding pipelines, provide PAM expertise, and collaborate with stakeholders in an Agile DevOps setup across on-prem and cloud security practices. Fluent English is required.

Qualifications

• Proven experience with PAM controls and requirements.
• Hands-on CyberArk Developer experience including custom connectors.
• Practical knowledge of SQL connectors in CyberArk.
• Collaborates effectively with stakeholders and teams.
• Knowledge of identity and PAM security best practices across environments.
• Experience in DevOps in an Agile/Scrum setup.
• Strong technical, analytic, and documentation skills.
• Fluent English, both spoken and written.

PAM/CyberArk IT Security Developer

Responsibilities:

• Support the PAM project across the full application onboarding scope
• Develop custom application connectors in CyberArk
• Develop SQL connectors in CyberArk
• Extend PAM controls across the organization
• Collect and gather relevant data to enable an efficient application onboarding pipeline
• Provide PAM expertise within the project
• Collaborate and negotiate with various stakeholders

Requirements:

• Proven experience with PAM controls and requirements
• Hands-on experience as a CyberArk Developer, including custom connector development
• Practical knowledge of developing SQL connectors in CyberArk
• Strong collaboration and negotiation skills for working with various stakeholders
• Knowledge of identity and PAM security best practices across on-premise and cloud environments
• Understanding of SoD, Least Privilege and Zero Trust principles
• Previous experience in a DevOps team in an Agile/Scrum setup
• Familiarity with IT processes and the system development life cycle
• Knowledge of Cyber Security controls and frameworks, including CIS, COBIT, NIST and ISO 2700x
• Strong technical, analytical and documentation skills
• Ability to work in a structured and organized way and deliver high-quality results
• Ability to translate between business and technical contexts
• Self-driven approach and strong can-do attitude
• Full fluency in English, spoken and written
