Job summary

Jit Team is hiring for a cybersecurity vulnerability management role focused on strengthening cyber resilience across IT environments. You will identify, assess and remediate security vulnerabilities, conduct vulnerability research using industry sources, and support security assessments of Windows, Linux, networks, and AI-enabled systems.

Qualifications

• Solid cybersecurity foundation with vulnerability management know-how.
• Experience identifying, prioritizing and remediating security issues.
• Familiarity with CVSS, CVE and vulnerability risk assessment.
• Hands-on with vulnerability scanners such as Qualys, Nessus, Rapid7, OpenVAS.
• Good grasp of Windows and Linux OS and basic networking concepts.
• Ability to analyze findings, logs and troubleshooting data.
• Awareness of AI/Large Language Model security risks.

Responsibilities

• Support vulnerability management processes within the client’s cybersecurity environment.
• Identify, assess and prioritize security vulnerabilities across IT infrastructure.
• Conduct vulnerability research using CVE/NVD databases and advisories.
• Recommend remediation actions to reduce exposure.
• Work with vulnerability scanning tools to detect weaknesses.
• Support security assessments of Windows, Linux, network infra and AI systems.
• Investigate threats and evaluate business/technical impact.
• Collaborate with security, infra and risk teams to improve posture.
• Contribute to AI security awareness initiatives related to LLMs.
