Job summary

DCG is seeking a Cyber Security Case Manager in Warsaw to lead investigations, coordinate remediation, and manage security risks across IT infrastructure and business stakeholders. The role requires 3–5 years in cyber security or IT risk management, strong analytical and communication skills, and fluency in English.

You will work with frameworks like MITRE ATT&CK, NIST and ISO/IEC 27001 and liaise with cross‑functional teams to ensure timely remediation and clear reporting to stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in Cyber Security, IT Risk Management or related area.
• Experience with IT Infrastructure and Cyber Security.
• Experience in IT Risk Management, including assessment and remediation of security risks.
• Good understanding of cybersecurity frameworks and standards (MITRE ATT&CK, NIST, ISO/IEC 27001).
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assess security deficiencies and associated risks with technical and business stakeholders
• Ensure risks are addressed in a timely manner per risk management processes

• Translate complex security matters for technical and non-technical audiences

Cyber Security Case Manager

Responsibilities:

• Lead and coordinate investigation and remediation of identified security deficiencies
• Take ownership of assigned security cases from identification through remediation and closure
• Assess security deficiencies and associated risks together with relevant technical and business stakeholders
• Ensure risks are addressed in a timely manner and in accordance with established risk management processes and risk appetite
• Coordinate remediation activities across technical teams, security specialists and other stakeholders
• Track progress, dependencies, risks and agreed remediation actions
• Drive cases forward and promote issues or delays when required
• Translate complex technical security matters into clear information for both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Prepare and deliver status updates, recommendations and presentations to relevant stakeholders

Requirements:

• 3–5 years of professional experience, preferably within Cyber Security, IT Risk Management, IT Infrastructure or a related area
• Practical experience with IT Infrastructure and Cyber Security
• Experience in IT Risk Management, including assessment and remediation of security risks
• Good understanding of cybersecurity frameworks and standards, including MITRE ATT&CK, NIST and ISO/IEC 27001
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to bring structure and clarity to complex or ambiguous situations
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
• Ability to explain complex technical and risk-related topics to both technical and non-technical audiences
• Good presentation skills and the ability to influence and drive stakeholders towards agreed actions
• Strong ownership mindset and ability to independently drive assigned responsibilities
• Proactive attitude and willingness to learn about new technologies, security risks and unfamiliar topics
• Very good spoken and written English
