DXC Technology seeks a seasoned S/4 PPDS Consultant to join our Consulting & Engineering Services – Enterprise Applications team. You will configure PPDS capabilities within S/4HANA to optimize production planning and detailed scheduling for manufacturing environments.

You’ll collaborate with cross‑functional teams, participate in fit‑gap workshops, and ensure high‑quality delivery through thorough testing and documentation.

Formación

• Experience configuring PPDS in manufacturing contexts.
• Knowledge of PPDS heuristics, capacity planning, and scheduling in S/4HANA.
• Experience with PPDS unit testing and integration testing support.
• Good documentation skills and ability to work in offshore/nearshore delivery model.
• SAP PPDS certification is a plus

About the Role

The S/4 PPDS Consultant plays a critical role in the SCM Deployment transformation stream, supporting Central & EMEA factory planning initiatives under the direction of the PP/DS Lead. This role is responsible for configuring and implementing Production Planning and Detailed Scheduling (PPDS) capabilities within S/4HANA, enabling manufacturing organizations to optimize planning runs, scheduling, and capacity management. In this position, the consultant will work closely with cross‑functional teams to translate business requirements into robust PPDS configurations, participate in fit‑gap workshops, and ensure quality delivery through rigorous testing and documentation.

Essential Job Functions

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, or IT


• SAP PPDS configuration experience with implementation delivery in manufacturing context


• Knowledge of PPDS heuristics, capacity planning, and scheduling in S/4HANA


• Experience with PPDS unit testing and integration testing support


• Good documentation skills and ability to work in offshore/nearshore delivery model

Nice to have:

• SAP PPDS certification


• IBP-PPDS integration experience
