Job summary

Amer Sports Oyj in Kraków is seeking a Customs & Logistics Data Analyst to prepare and maintain reports on shipments, customs status, and data quality issues. You will analyze logistics, commercial, and customs data to identify inconsistencies and initiate corrections with internal stakeholders and external brokers.

You will monitor third‑country shipments, prepare clear customs instructions, and support filing of customs declarations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in logistics, supply chain management, international trade, or related fields.
• Experience with customs operations, data analysis, or supply chain processes is valued.
• Strong Excel and data handling capabilities are essential.
• Ability to collaborate across logistics, procurement, and warehouse teams.

Job description

What you will be doing:

• Prepare and maintain reports on upcoming shipments, customs status, and data quality issues.
• Analyze logistics, commercial, and customs data to identify inconsistencies and initiate appropriate corrections.
• Monitor third-country shipments and verify customs status in cooperation with internal stakeholders and external brokers.
• Prepare clear customs instructions for external brokers to support timely and accurate customs clearance.
• Collaborate with Customs, Logistics, Procurement, and Warehouse teams to ensure aligned processes and reliable shipment execution.
• Support the preparation and filing of customs declarations where required.

What you need to succeed:

• Strong analytical skills and high attention to detail
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel
• Ability to work with logistics, commercial, and customs-related data
• Structured, reliable, and proactive working style
• Strong motivation, ownership, and commitment to assigned tasks
• English language proficiency at minimum B2 level
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification in logistics, supply chain management, international trade, customs, business administration, finance, data analytics, or a related field.
• Practical experience in customs operations, logistics, data analysis, or supply chain processes may be considered in place of formal education

Nice to have:

• Experience in data analysis, customs operations, logistics, or supply chain processes
• Experience working with SAP, especially SAP ECC or SAP S/4HANA
• Familiarity with customs declarations, broker instructions, or import/export processes
• Additional language skills are an advantage
