DSV – Global Transport and Logistics in Warsaw is seeking a dedicated Customs Administrator to join our International Shared Service Center.

You will support customs and tax information gathering, prepare documents for authorities, and ensure smooth circulation and archiving of records.

Fluent English, a related degree, and a proactive attitude are required; onboarding, training, and a collaborative Scandinavian-style work culture are provided.

Qualifications

• Fluent English is required.
• Graduate in Transport/Logistics or Administration.
• Experience in a similar role is a plus.
• Ability to work under time pressure.
• Knowledge of basic Excel formulas.
• Eager to learn and develop skills.
• Desire to work in a friendly atmosphere and contribute to it.

Responsibilities

• Provide superior service in customs administration for DSV Group's international customers in Europe.
• Collect and verify necessary customs and tax information.
• Prepare and provide required documents to customs authorities.
• Ensure proper circulation of documents and archiving data; collaborate with departments and customers within DSV International Shared Service Center.
