Job summary

sun.store is building the B2B marketplace for Europe’s solar industry. Installers, distributors and traders use sun.store to buy and sell solar panels, inverters and batteries - with logistics and financing built into the platform. When something goes wrong, customers come to us. A payment hasn’t cleared.

A seller stopped replying. A shipment needs to be rerouted. Someone needs to know whether a product will arrive before their installation next week. That’s where you come in.

Qualifications

• Professional-level German, French, Italian, Romanian or Dutch — one of these languages is required.
• Very good English — it’s our internal working language.
• Clear, human writing and the ability to explain complicated things simply.
• Curiosity and a problem-solving mindset.
• Patience, ownership and good judgement when things get messy.
• Willingness to use AI tools as part of your everyday work.

Responsibilities

• Own customer cases end to end. Investigate what happened, find the right information or person, and stay with the case until it’s solved.
• Work with our AI support agent. Review its conversations, spot where it gets things wrong and help teach it how to handle new types of cases.
• Make support better. Improve response templates, our knowledge base and the way we explain things to customers.
• Spot recurring problems. You’ll often see platform issues first. Flag them and help the product team understand what’s happening.
• Learn how the solar market works. There’s a lot to discover, and you’ll learn it along the way.
