Arche Consulting in Kraków is seeking a customer-focused sales consultant to develop account strategies and upsell opportunities. You will reach out to existing clients, deliver tailored advertising consultations, and guide campaign changes to improve performance.

Qualifications

• Fluency in Czech and Slovak (B2+/C1) and English (B2+) with strong communication.
• At least 2 years of experience in an international contact center.
• Strong Excel and Microsoft Office skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and customer-focused mindset.
• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks.

Requirements:

• Very good command of Czech and Slovak (B2+/C1) and English (at least B2), with strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and a customer-focused mindset.
• At least 2 years of experience in an international contact center environment.
• Solid knowledge of Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
