Customer Service Trainee with FRENCH - Early Careers Program

What You’ll Do

Learn and develop career within Global Customer Operations in a dynamic international environment. Support daily operational activities including Order Management, Invoice Management and Customer Service processes. Process and monitor customer orders while ensuring accuracy and compliance with established procedures. Manage and prioritize requests received through shared mailboxes and support timely resolution of customer inquiries. Collaborate with experienced colleagues and subject matter experts who will support your learning journey and professional growth. Gain hands‑on experience with industry‑leading systems such as SAP and Salesforce. Participate in process improvement initiatives and contribute to operational excellence projects. Develop expertise in a Shared Services environment and build a strong foundation for a future career in Customer Operations, Supply Chain, or Business Services.

What We’re Looking For

Student or recent graduate interested in Customer Operations field. Strong willingness to learn and develop in an international business environment. Self‑starter with the ability to work independently and take initiative. Solution‑oriented mindset with a proactive approach to problem‑solving. Strong customer focus and commitment to delivering a positive customer experience. Good organizational skills and attention to detail. Proactive attitude and eagerness to take ownership of assigned tasks. Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office applications. Good command of English (written and spoken) and French. Interest in working with business systems such as SAP and Salesforce.
