Job summary

Alcon is seeking an Accounts Receivable Trainee with French in Warsaw to support customer credit and billing processes in a fast-paced, international setting. You’ll work hybrid with minimum 20 hours per week on civil contract.

You’ll need strong Excel skills, fluency in English and French, and preferably experience with SAP or Power BI to help drive reporting and data integrity.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Very good English (B2+) and French (B2/C1+).
• Knowledge of SAP, Power BI or other ERP systems is an advantage.

• Actively contact customers via phone and email.
• Follow up on Credit card transactions and related master data.
• Create reports and provide data for periodic credit committee meetings.
• Ensure all customer contact is documented and requests are actioned promptly.
• Ensure all open items raised by the global COE are closed timely and with good quality.

Accounts Receivable Trainee with French

This role, a typical day will include:

• Actively contact with the customers via phone and email
• Follow up on Credit card transaction and its related master data
• Create reports and provide data to be used in periodic credit committee meeting between global, regional and local teams
• Ensure all customer contact is documented and requests from customers are actioned in a timely manner
• Ensure all open items raised by the global COE are closed in a time manner and in good quality

WHAT YOU’LL BRING TO ALCON:

• Very good English (B2 or higher) and French (B2/C1 or higher)
• Positive attitude and ability to work in fast-paced project environment;
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Focus on details.
• Knowledge of SAP, Power BI, or other ERP systems is an advantage but not required.
