• Collaborate with external and internal customers and coordinate with Sales, Supply Chain, and Logistics to generate solutions to questions and complaints
• Manage a portfolio of customers as the main contact point and contribute to solutions for problems and complaints
• Manage incoming customer orders
• Request and confirm delivery dates and track customer-specific expectations
• Keep customers informed about production, planning, and shipping
• Consult production plants about supply status
• Organize special logistics services such as consignment stocks
• Actively support Sales with prospecting new customers and identifying opportunities with existing customers
• Update customer master data
• Maintain price lists and prepare price quotations
• Follow up on submitted offers and track success rates
• Contribute to timely payment of customer invoices
