Job summary

Amcor is seeking a Customer Service Manager to lead the Mondelez, Unilever & Novy Bydzov CS team within a multi-country setting. You will align Customer Service with Supply Chain strategy, manage customer expectations, and drive service improvements across Europe.

The role requires strong leadership, cross-functional collaboration, and a focus on delivering exceptional customer experience. Travel across Europe is expected.

Qualifications

• At least 7 years’ experience in Customer Service/Supply Chain.
• Experience in multi-plant roles preferred.
• Fluency in English, Polish and Czech is nice to have.

Responsibilities

• Lead CS representatives to execute business strategy and customer-centric service.
• Build customer loyalty by proactive customer experience management.
• Collaborate with Operations/Supply Chain to review schedules and issues.
• Partner with Sales to ramp up new customers and develop existing ones.
• Support Vendor Managed Inventory and demand planning.
• Drive CS KPIs, customer satisfaction, and harmonization plans.
• Coach and develop CS team; conduct performance reviews.
