Job summary

Philips is seeking an Order Management Specialist to join the Hospital Patient Monitoring (HPM) Order Management team in a hybrid role. You will handle end-to-end order processing for the Nordics, support automation projects, and partner with Sales, Logistics, and Finance to ensure timely hospital deliveries across the region.

The role requires a university degree, 1–2 years in supply chain, and fluent English.

Qualifications

• University degree in any field.
• 1–2 years in Supply Chain, order management, logistics, or related fields.
• Fluent English communication skills.
• Experience with SAP or another ERP system preferred.
• Excellent MS Excel skills including pivot tables.
• Proactive, data-driven problem solving mindset.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.

Responsibilities

• End-to-end order management for the Nordics region with accurate, timely execution.
• Proactively monitor orders and customer requests; provide status updates.
• Manage credit notes, billing disputes, and related corrections.
• Process warranty claims and product returns.
• Provide direct customer support and act as trusted operational partner.
• Support Key Account Managers with daily order-related activities.
• Monitor and support automated order processes.
• Analyze order data and KPIs to identify trends and improvements.
• Drive continuous improvement to optimize processes and reduce exceptions.
• Collaborate with Sales, Logistics, Planning, Production, Finance and Automation.
