Alcon, a global eye care leader, seeks a Customer Operations Representative OTI with SPANISH for a fixed-term role in Warsaw. The role handles orders, billing, and returns, acting as a bridge between customers and production, ensuring accurate invoicing and timely resolutions.

Qualifications

• Experience in Customer Operations or Order-to-Cash environments.
• Ability to communicate in English and Spanish.
• Experience in a corporate Shared Service or GBS environment is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Handle standard and high-value customer orders while ensuring pricing compliance.
• Act as liaison between customers and production/distribution teams for order matters.
• Ensure timely and accurate invoicing through proper order entry.
• Oversee complex return cases, including credits and regulatory compliance.
• Analyze and resolve customer issues with clear communication.
• Serve as escalation point for disputes related to billing, delivery, and returns.
• Manage customer complaints to maintain loyalty.

Customer Operations Representative OTI with SPANISH (fixed term)

In this role, a typical day will include:

• Handle both standard and high-value, complex customer orders, ensuring compliance with contractual terms and pricing structures.
• Act as a liaison between customers and internal teams (production, distribution) for order-related matters
• Ensure timely and accurate invoicing for all customers by accurate order entry practices
• Oversee complex return cases, including high-value credits and regulatory compliance.
• Analyse and resolve customer issues promptly, ensuring effective communication and resolution
• Act as escalation point for disputes related to billing, delivery, and returns.
• Manage customer complaints and dissatisfaction proactively to maintain loyalty.

WHAT YOU’LL BRING TO ALCON:

• Professional experience in Customer Operations (Order to Invoice/Order to Cash preferrably).
• English + SPANISH
• Experience in corporate environment, preferably in Shared Service or GBS.
• Knowledge of SAP or Sales Force, Excel skills.
