In this role, a typical day will include:

• Handle both standard and high-value, complex customer orders, ensuring compliance with contractual terms and pricing structures.

WHAT YOU'LL BRING TO ALCON:

• Professional experience in Customer Operations - Order to Invoice/Order to Cash/Order management
• English + other language
• Experience in corporate environment, preferably in Shared Service or GBS.
• Knowledge of SAP or Sales Force, Excel skills.
